One of our deepest desire is to live a happy and fulfilled life.

None of us wants to go through life miserable, unhappy and unfulfilled. But what exactly is happiness and what enables us humans, to lead a fulfilled life?

Drawing on the groundbreaking knowledge from the existential positive Psychology and my own life experience, I would love to take you on a journey, in which you can identify and explore the secrets to a happy life.

I am passionate about enabling you, to gain fulfillement and life satisfaction in a long-lasting way.

About me

Biography and Qualifications

I have a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a master’s degree in Psychology of Religion.

During my masters, I passionately explored the topics of human happiness, meaningful living and the good life.

I have worked in diverse settings ranging from the military – yes as soldier, to various counselling centers both in the Uk and in Germany.

And since motherhood is a qualification by its own right, I am proud to say that I have darling 13-year-old son.

I also migrated from Kenya to England and to Germany where I currenty live.

Living in three different countries, has offered me the privilage to learn different cultures and the different ways of being.

It also gave me the opportunity to see that we humans, are at the core, more alike than different and that the fundamental factors, that contribute to a happy and fulfilled life are the same across cultures, nationalities and languages.
