None of us wants to go through life miserable, unhappy and unfulfilled. So, what is happiness and what enables us humans to lead a fulfilled life?
In my studies, I explored exactly these questions.
I offer inspiring, practicable, but also up-lifting talks and workshops to the important topics of resilience, happiness and meaningful living.
Drawing on the groundbreaking knowledge from the existential positive Psychology and my own life experience, I aim to highlight to the audience what happiness is and how to increase it in their lives in long lasting ways.
I also offer counseling and coaching for those:
- having relationship issues,
- who are seeking more meaning in life
- who are looking for their life purpose
- who know what their life purpose is, but don’t know how to pursue it
- who struggle with self-acceptance.
